ESTINAD POS is the technical engine of the ecosystem: a single Flutter codebase that powers multiple product lines, configured at setup time via business type. Retail hides tables, KDS, and waiter modules; restaurant enables kitchen routing and optionally the ecosystem apps. One app, many verticals — no forking.

Is ESTINAD POS a separate product from Retail and Restaurant?
It is the shared app underneath them. You do not buy 'POS' separately — you buy a product line, and this engine powers it.
Can one installation switch verticals?
Features are selected by business type at provisioning. Changing verticals is a configuration decision, not a reinstallation.
Does it work offline?
Yes. The local PocketBase database is the source of truth during service; cloud sync is the backup and multi-site bridge, not a hard dependency.
