Terms of service
The terms under which businesses use ESTINAD OS and its products.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using ESTINAD, you agree to these terms on behalf of your organization. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. License
ESTINAD grants your organization a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform and its products under your active plan, subject to these terms.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of your data, the conduct of your users, and for keeping credentials secure. You agree to use the platform lawfully and in line with its intended purpose.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform, attempt to reverse-engineer it, resell it without authorization, or use it to process data in violation of applicable law.
5. Fees and billing
Fees are described on each product's pricing page and confirmed in your order or agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, fees are billed per branch, location, or clinic, and may be monthly or annual.
6. Reliability
ESTINAD is engineered for stability, including offline-tolerant operation. We target high availability and provide backup and recovery, but no service is guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Confidentiality and data
Each party protects the other's confidential information. Your data remains yours; ESTINAD processes it only to operate the platform, as described in the privacy policy.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate as described in your agreement. Upon termination, ESTINAD will make your data available for export for a defined period, then delete it per the retention policy.
9. Changes
ESTINAD may update these terms and pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
