Is ESTINAD just a POS?+
No. ESTINAD is a shared business operating system. POS is one capability inside vertical products (Retail, Restaurant, Clinic) that all run on the ESTINAD OS platform.
Where is ESTINAD available?+
ESTINAD is built in Algeria and designed for MENA and global markets. Deployment options support local connectivity and data residency requirements.
Do I need every ESTINAD product?+
No. ESTINAD Retail is available today. Other ESTINAD products are coming soon — start with Retail, then add portfolio products as they launch.
Reliability
What happens when the internet drops?+
The location server continues to support local workflows. Selected data synchronizes to the cloud when connectivity returns.
Is my data backed up?+
Backup and recovery arrangements depend on the deployed product and agreed implementation scope.
Pricing & rollout
How is pricing structured?+
Each product has its own pricing, typically per branch, per location, or per clinic. ESTINAD Central is included with multi-branch plans. Enterprise terms are available.
How fast can we go live?+
A standard branch is operational within a day. Multi-branch rollouts are staged with controlled access to limit risk.
