Platform / Architecture

Hybrid edge + cloud. Local authority.

Every ESTINAD product follows the same hybrid deployment architecture: self-hosted local servers for reliability and ownership, with a cloud synchronization layer for remote access and central management — not a shared SaaS operational database.

Principles

What this part of the platform stands for.

01

Local-first & offline-first

Each location owns a dedicated self-hosted on-premises server and local database. Core business operations continue without internet.

02

Cloud-enhanced, not cloud-dependent

The cloud synchronizes selected modules for remote access, mobile use outside the LAN, analytics, dashboards, notifications, backups, and future AI services.

03

Strict tenant isolation

Each tenant has a dedicated local server, dedicated local database, and dedicated cloud workspace — complete isolation from other customers.

In detail

How it works in practice.

Self-hosted local server

The local server is the authoritative source of truth. Devices communicate over the LAN for fast, native-like, low-latency operation.

Cloud synchronization layer

Cloud sync runs automatically when connectivity is available. It never replaces the local server for day-to-day operations.

Multi-location support

Each physical location has its own independent local server and database. The cloud consolidates synchronized data so headquarters can monitor and manage the whole organization.
